1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the website www.nexit.md (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1.2. The Website is a presentation (business card) website. Its purpose is to provide information about the professional services offered by the Provider and to enable prospective clients to submit service enquiries.
1.3. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002, Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce, Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data.

3.1. The Website presents the following professional services provided by the Provider:
Google Business Profile (Google My Business) — creation, verification, optimisation and management of business profiles on Google;
Website development from scratch — design, development, launch and technical support of websites;
Motion design — creation of animated graphics, video animations and visual content;
Optimisation and setup of contract management processes for IT companies using artificial intelligence tools — consulting, process design and implementation of AI-assisted solutions for contractual workflows.
3.2. The descriptions of services on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Service Enquiries and Conclusion of Contracts
4.1. Visitors may submit a service enquiry through the contact form on the Website or by e-mail at info@nexit.md.
4.2. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual obligation for either party. The scope, terms, deadlines and price of any services are agreed individually and are set out in a separate service contract (or an equivalent written agreement, including by exchange of e-mails) concluded between the Provider and the client.
4.3. Any services are provided only after the parties have agreed on their terms in accordance with clause 4.2.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. The Website does not display binding prices. Prices, payment terms and payment methods are negotiated individually for each project and are specified in the respective contract concluded with the client.
6. Obligations of the User
6.1. When using the Website, the user undertakes not to: interfere with the operation of the Website; attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure; use the Website for unlawful purposes; or submit through the contact form information that is false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content of the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements and software — is the property of the Provider or of its rightful owners and is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on copyright and related rights.
7.2. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using the content of the Website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Provider is prohibited.
8. Protection of Personal Data
8.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data. 8.3. Personal data are processed solely for the purposes of: responding to service enquiries; communicating with prospective and existing clients; preparing and performing service contracts; and complying with legal obligations of the Provider.
8.4. Personal data are not sold or transferred to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova or where necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the data subject.
8.5. Personal data are stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above or for the period required by law.
8.6. In accordance with Law No. 133/2011, data subjects have the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (www.datepersonale.md). 9. Cookies
9.1. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure its proper functioning and to analyse traffic in aggregated form. Users may configure their browser to refuse cookies; this may affect certain functions of the Website.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The information on the Website is provided "as is". The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10.2. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including consumer protection legislation.

11.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Provider is not responsible for the content, terms of use or privacy practices of such websites.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
12.2. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable settlement is not reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
12.3. Consumers may also address the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Moldova, and, for personal data matters, the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
13. Amendments to the Terms
13.1. The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon its publication on the Website, with the effective date indicated. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
